This was a really cool article. The frog was cool too. It got me interested that the frog gets the toxin from its food. It is a bit strange though. But I think it is cool. So now you know that when your mom or dad tells you to stop playing with your food you know why. This story reminds me about Samson and Delilah. If the frog doesn't get insects he doesn't get toxin. With Samson his hair gives him strength. With the frog the insects give him toxin.
Wow! A frog chemist! I really like the frog because: a: it looks cool b: it's really smart It looks cool because... well... it just does. It's smart because it makes its poison from the things it eats, which I couldn't do if I tried.
That's cool. I would hate to eat one of these frogs, because I'd die. My Last Meal. But, I wouldn't eat the frog because I don't like to eat anything different that what I already eat. AKA pasta, steak, chicken, etc.. or in the words of ms. ghazarian, yadda yadda. I agree with Nathan that it is interesting that the frog takes poison to make its self defense stronger.
that is really awesome! a frog, taking a poison from it's food, and BAM! making the poison about 5x stronger for it's own use! MWAHAHAHAHAHAHA! sorry. anyway, the title fits the article very well. also, I agree with ryan. the frog looks really cool. this article makes me want to do extra research! that's saying something!
I knew that the poison dart frog had the most potent venom of all animals, but who knew that they can modify their own poison to make it 5 times more dangerous!!! Actually, the green poison dart frog isn't the most poisonous poison dart frog. The most poisonous is the tiger poison dart frog. Did you know that this frog's skin was rubbed on the arrows and spearheads of the amazons and other natives for hunting. It would kill the animal instantly.
I can not believe that a little jungle frog can create such a deadly poison. It is a very cool adaptation so than its predators will die trying to eat them.

I think this frog is very interesting because it makes toxin stronger. I also think that it is an example of how animals adapt to protect themselves.
