THIS WAS SOOOO COOL!!!!!!! I loved this game. This is the educational game in the world. I now know the three parts of the knee and know the process of the surgery. At the end when it gives you a choice to staple or sew the skin back, I ALWAYS choose to staple. It makes a cool sound. I wonder which heals faster, stapled or sewed. I saw a woman who had a heart transplant and she had her skin stapled. It looked really creepy.
I really thought that though the game was fun, but it was a little disturbing...
I was always wondering how this type of surgery works. Now I actually got to DO a surgery virtually!Thank you so much for putting this game onto your blogspot. It was really fun! :-)
That was amazing! I feel like that I can easily be a surgeon. I didn't know that there were so many steps to surgery. Being a surgeon would be a dangerous and challenging job. Whenever there is a game put on this blog, it it so addicting. I can never stop playing.
THAT WAS AWESOME!!!!!!!! That was sooooooooooo cool. I really like to be envolved and be able to do active learning, so this was right up my alley. Although i felt bad slicing the patients knee open.I really learned a lot about surgery, and when i broke my arm, i got to see tons of x-rays, so I found it very easy to determine whether the left or right knee was injured
Hello this is Carina's cousin Aaron. The knee surgery was very educationial in my opinion. I did not know that you must use all those tools. It was cool to see a virtual knee surgery take place.
that was so cool!I loved the way it was fun and educational at the same time. My leg felt numb as I was playing it. I couldn't imagine having to have that done to me. It took me 5 times to get it right, because I ran out of time to do it. You should put more games on the blog, because that was really entertaining!
Who knew that they had to cut off part of your knee to fix it. That was gross but it was educational. But after watching this, I hope I will never need knee surgery.
This was so much fun. I bet it is much different form real knee surgery but the animation was wonderful and it made you feel like a real suregon. At so part it was gross but that didn't stop me. I want to do more vurtual surgery. I think that this game was fun but gave you information.
I love it. The game should be a test for real doctors in training. My favorite part was when you use the staple gun to close up the knee. It took me a while to figure out how to use the cement but i got help. I also found a virtual heart surgery that was much like the one on the website. The game was somewhat disturbing but also very educational. IT WAS AWESOME.
THAT WAS SOOO... FUN! This game not only was fun yet also was quite educational. I didn't do so well when I was proforming the surgery, yet I tried again and did much better. One thing I didn't know before I played Virtual Knee Surgery was that the surgent used cement to help keep the new iron pieces in place. I totally agree with Alexis! When I was stapling that old man's knee together I didn't even want to look, so the second time I did the surgery I sewed his knee back together, I did not use the stapler! I also tried virtual hip surgery and heart surgery! They were much harder. But still really fun. I have been looking for a brain surgery butI can't find one :-( I guess I'll just keep looking! :-)
This game is very cool and fun! I loved playing it! The scientific names I though was a little confusing my first time, but then I got it. That stappling of the knee was a tiny bit gross, but the second time I did it I used the suture and it was much better. Having stapples in your knee might hurt a little bit, but it was still oodles and oodles of fun!
