In this article i read about exploring the deep.One of the things i didn't know was that over seventy percent of the earth is ocean. Second of all i found that there are more gallons in the ocean than here are numbers to count them.
That was so cool! I never new a freshwater catfish would weigh 646 lbs. and would be 9 ft. long. And that a goliath beetle is 11 cm. long.
Wow. Wow. Wow. Did I mention WOW!!!!!! I looked at the animals, and was interested in the giant squid. Really, look at the picture on the squid page at the bottom. It's eye is soooo creepy, yet cool. It may not be a GIANT squid, but it's probably just as cool.
I love looking at the underwater creatures! While searching around I found out that other animals not only fish also have photophores. Which means that some of their organs produce light. I also knew taht they have these lights so that they can atrack other small fish for a meal. This is a great website, it has so many cool facts. I think that the giant squid was really cool. Did you know that there is a giant squid in myths calledd a kraken taht is said to appear of the banks of Norway. I did. I love learning about the sea.
