This article was really interesting! It is cool how sponges smaller than a human hair could soak up chemicals and rid the Earth's soil of bad stuff! If it turns out to work, who knows? We could plant greenery next to machinery!

That was cool. I find it sad that the soil even GETS that way, but that is what happens when there is a lot of tar around. I find it really interesting that that the particles are so tiny: 20 nanometers across, when a human hair is 50,000. I hope this will help the tar and oil be sucked out of the ground for good.
