The ROV they created to explore the underwater places was really cool. When I get the time, perhaps I can research them a little.

I enjoyed the article about the scientists being so eager to find forests of kelp. And one of their jackpots was in the Galapagos Islands. They also sent down a machine to look for kelp. When it didn't come back they sent the ROV that lost its sight to see. So they had to go scuba diving themselves. And when they cleared their goggles, they saw a forest of kelp right before their eyes!

This was a very interesting article. I have been to the galapagos, and there are lots of iguanas there, but i didn't know that they ate kelp! I think that it would be smarter to just stop making robots after the first one, because that would save lots of money. I have something more that they could have included that would improve the article: Who wrote the paper in russian? It would be interesting to know, but this was still a life changing article.

Its amazing that underwater jungles made of kelp are in the Galapagos because of the cold water wells. And how there's about 100 different kinds of kelp including giant kelp.

This article was definitely fascinating. I had no idea that there is such a thing as an underwater jungle of kelp! Though Galapagos seems like such a predictable place for it to be. If I were to have guessed where this kelp jungle was, I would surely guess somewhere around Galapagos! I would have loved o be that lucky scuba diver who discovered this!

I never knew that there was 100 kinds of kelp in the ocean and especially that they can stretch as high as 30 meters! I thought that the most interesting thing was that they created an ROV to find another ROV because it was looking for kelp forests. I thought that this is a very fascinating article!
